We coordinate interviews, assessments and employer selection.
We arrange interviews in person in Kathmandu or by video, with the venue, the trade-test materials, interpreters and the schedule all prepared in advance.
The employer makes the decision. We record scores and notes against every candidate so the selection is transparent, and we issue offer letters to those chosen.
What happens at this step
