Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply
Registers Omega International Private Limited as a company under the Companies Act, 2006. It is the legal footing every other licence on this page stands on.
Ministry of Finance
Registers the company for income tax with foreign employment as its declared business. We pay our taxes in Nepal, in our own name.
Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security
Authorises Omega International to carry on foreign employment business under the Foreign Employment Act, 2007. Reissued in 2020 when Ajeets Global Recruitment merged into Omega International. It is the licence that lets us recruit Nepali workers for jobs abroad.

Names Omega International a sending agency under Japan's Industrial Training and Technical Intern Training Program with JITCO, so we can place trainees with host companies in Japan.
