No placement is the work of one person. A requirement taken by our business team in the morning is with the recruiters by the afternoon, and the documentation, medical and visa desks see the same file rather than a retelling of it.
The same goes outside the office. We work alongside employers, sub-agents, training centres, clinics and government offices as one chain, and we share what we know along it — a delay at one desk is a message to the next before it becomes a surprise.
